We are seeking a motivated, high energy, individual to join our Operations Team as our new Operations Manager. As a part of this team, you must be responsible, reliable, detail orientated and can multitask in a fast-paced environment. You must also have good people skills to deal with patients and peers amongst several departments. A background in medical equipment preferred but we will train the right candidate.

Job descriptions and needs would entail but not limited to:
- Oversees routing of daily deliveries for Delivery Technicians and re-deploys drivers throughout the day to effectively manage all same day and emergent orders received.
- Monitors regulatory & policy compliance of the delivery technicians and provides training and timely feedback for non-compliance. Responsible to report any concerns or non-compliance patterns that may affect patient care, regulatory compliance or performance expectations to Operations Manager for further investigation and/or corrective action.
- Coordinates deliveries, services and shipments with Customer Service Representatives as needed to schedule, provide delivery expectations and assure effective communication of any delays, issues or required assistance needed to provide timely delivery per policy.
- Develops and maintains the on-call schedule for Delivery Technicians.
- Supervises delivery truck and vehicle maintenance to assure compliance with vehicle manufacture’s guidelines and company policies.
- Responsible for equipment cleaning and processing of dirty equipment including proper labeling and storage in the warehouse. Documents per policy.
- Monitors and assists with minor repairs to equipment as needed to assure safe operation of equipment and documents repairs per policy. Attends manufacturer training on any new product that is to be repaired on site.
- Manages repair of equipment serviced/repaired by manufacturer or other designated organization approved by manufacturer. Assures timely and effective communication to expedite process to obtain repairs of patient owned & other equipment utilized by PHM.
- Manages the preventative maintenance program; performs preventative maintenance and maintains all records of preventative maintenance for all equipment per company policy.
- Monitors the inventory levels for the warehouse weekly for supplies or equipment needs and reports to Purchasing Agent.
- Monitors return equipment log for CPAP equipment per company policy.
- Responsible to receive and reconcile all orders received and match with Purchase Order if applicable.
- Monitors the receipt and process for new rental equipment that requires PHM rental serial number.
- Performs as back up Delivery Technician when needed, absence due to illness or STAT delivery assuring timely delivery of all orders.
- Maintains and monitors procedures for receiving and delivery of all oxygen per F.D.A. guidelines.
- Works with supervisors and human resources to assure new employee orientation, 90-day reviews, annual reviews, mandatory education, in-service tracking sheets and 90 day & annual competency assessments for all Operational staff are completed per policy.
- Works to standardize procedures to improve efficiency of operational staff.
- Supports multiple departments within the region
- Interviewing, hiring, and training employees as needed
- Planning, assigning, and directing work
- Other duties as assigned
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); 2-4 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Valid State Driver’s license for the state residing in.
- Clean Driving Record.
- Good Customer Service skills
- Previous experience delivering medical equipment a plus.
