We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Acquisition and Integration Project Manager to lead and manage business acquisition and integration projects from initial planning through full operational integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional teams, driving due diligence, and executing integration plans to ensure a seamless transition that aligns with business objectives.

- Project Management
- Develop, manage, and execute comprehensive project plans for acquisitions and integrations.
- Oversee the end-to-end integration process, including due diligence, risk assessment, and execution.
- Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
- Identify and manage potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Cross-Functional Coordination
- Collaborate with key stakeholders from Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Operations, and other departments to ensure a cohesive integration process.
- Facilitate regular communication and status updates with leadership and project stakeholders.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all integration activities.
- Due Diligence Support
- Assist with due diligence processes by collecting and analyzing critical data related to operations, financials, and risks.
- Identify integration challenges and opportunities during the pre- and post-acquisition phases.
- Change Management
- Develop and execute change management strategies to ensure smooth integration and minimize business disruption.
- Foster cultural alignment between organizations to promote team cohesion and long-term success.
- Performance Tracking and Reporting
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure integration success.
- Track progress and prepare reports for senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations and 3 years of project management experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of the full revenue cycle (billing, collections, denial management, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Experience with revenue cycle systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Monday.com a plus
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
