We are seeking a motivated, high energy, individual as a Project Manager focused in Revenue Cycle Management in the Houston area.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in healthcare revenue cycle management, project management methodologies, and data-driven decision-making. This role plays a critical part in optimizing operational performance, enhancing revenue integrity, and aligning project outcomes with business objectives.

- Lead and manage multiple revenue cycle projects from initiation to completion, including scope, schedule, budget, and resource allocation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including finance, operations, IT, and clinical departments, to implement revenue cycle process improvements.
- Identify inefficiencies in revenue cycle operations and develop actionable solutions that improve financial performance and operational workflows.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure successful project delivery.
- Facilitate stakeholder meetings, provide project updates, and prepare executive-level reports and presentations on project status, outcomes, and ROI.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, payer contracts, and industry best practices.
- Analyze data and key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess project success and support continuous improvement efforts.
- Utilize project management tools and software to manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables.
- Develop training and support plans for staff impacted by project changes.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in revenue cycle operations and 3 years of project management experience in the healthcare industry.
- Strong knowledge of the full revenue cycle (billing, collections, denial management, etc.).
- Proficiency in project management methodologies
- Experience with revenue cycle systems
- Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders at all levels.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving and data analysis skills.
- Experience with Monday.com a plus
- Certification in Project Management (PMP or equivalent) is preferred.
