We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Operations Analyst to join our dynamic team at Performance Home Medical, a leading medical supply company. In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing sales processes, ensuring data accuracy, and providing actionable insights to drive sales performance and strategy. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical background, a deep understanding of sales operations, and experience in the medical supply or healthcare industry.

Essential job functions will include:
- Data Management & Reporting: Develop, maintain, and analyze sales reports and dashboards. Provide regular updates on sales performance, pipeline metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to senior leadership.
- Sales Process Optimization: Identify opportunities to streamline and improve sales processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Work closely with the sales team to implement best practices.
- Sales Forecasting & Analytics: Collaborate with sales leadership to support accurate sales forecasting. Analyze historical sales data to predict future trends and assist in setting sales targets.
- Customer Relationship Management: Lead the implementation of any new CRMs or updates to the existing CRM. Ensure the CRM system is up to date with accurate data. Manage data integrity and assist the sales team in utilizing the CRM effectively.
- Training & Support: Provide training and ongoing support to the sales team on tools, processes, and systems. Assist with onboarding new sales team members by providing operational guidance.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the sales, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure alignment of sales strategies, product availability, and customer needs.
- Ad-hoc Analysis & Reporting: Perform ad-hoc analysis on sales data to uncover insights, trends, and opportunities for sales growth or operational improvements.
- Sales Compensation & Incentives: Assist in the development and implementation of sales compensation plan and quotas. Support the calculation and reporting of sales compensation and incentive programs. Ensure accuracy and alignment with company policies. Lead the implementation and execution of sales contests.
- Build and provide geographical sales analysis, including trend analysis, strategic planning, regional data, product rankings, market segmentation, targeted accounts, call analysis and other miscellaneous sales reports.

Education/Experience:
- Education: Bachelors degree in business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 2-4 years of experience in sales operations, business analysis, or a related role, preferably in the medical supply, healthcare, or pharmaceutical industry.
Skills:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and present actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and sales analytics tools; familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, Trella, etc.).
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of medical supply industry trends and regulations is a plus.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
