We are seeking a Senior Director of Clinical Services who will play a vital role in empowering individuals to manage their condition effectively, leading to improved health outcomes and quality of life. In the role you will direct, manage & inspects the department clinical respiratory staff performance. Communicates changes, clarifications & new information related to job performance to clinical staff. Monitors quality indicators for clinical staff monthly, responds to performance below standards with an action plan to support improvement. Ensures that all policies and procedures are adequate, and that staff are aware and following them. Develops and maintains systems to ensure appropriate follow up care for ventilation and complex patients. You will provide education, support, and guidance to patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals to promote a good clinical outcome, self-management and facilitate informed decision-making.

Job descriptions and needs would entail but not limited to:
- Works with the clinical leadership to manage the clinical staff.
- Knowledgeable of and responsible for current company policies and procedures as they relate to the above duties and to maintain the clinical & regulatory standards of PHM clinical services.
- Assists in the development, education, implementation, and enhancement of Respiratory Care Programs provided by PHM.
- Monitors patient equipment setups, initial and routine follow-ups of clinical staff in service locations for consistency of standards.
- Inspects the clinical staff at each PHM location. Inspects PHM locations for proper stock levels, storage of equipment & supplies, cleaning area, log records, use of current paperwork and routinely reviews current standards & any new policies or policy changes with clinical & other staff. Inspection performed at least annually, preferably quarterly.
- Participates in PHM clinical staff competency evaluations.
- Directs and co-manages the clinical staff meeting, providing agenda & bringing in resources for on-going clinical education.
- Routinely presents clinical data outcomes to the Leadership Team.
- Works with clinical and sales staff to provide in-services to referral sources as well as patient families and PHM staff member.
- Performs any other specific duties/tasks as assigned by the Division VP.
Qualifications
- Four Year Healthcare degree and/or five years experience in Respiratory Therapy.
- NBRC Credentials ( CRTT or RRT)
- Current state Licensure(s) in Respiratory care
- Residing state's valid driver's license
Salary : $130,000 - $150,000
