We are actively seeking highly qualified Service Writer candidates with a minimum of 2 years of automotive experience. You will play a crucial role in delivering personalized assistance for all maintenance and repair services, including our Express Maintenance service. At Performance Honda Fairfield , we place a premium on having a knowledgeable Service Writer who not only understands our products but also provides authentic, trustworthy advice to our customers. Your expertise is essential to our commitment to excellence.
- 55,000.00 to $110,000.00 Annually (Experience-Based)
- Hours are Monday - Friday 7 am to 5 pm
- Alternating Saturdays 8 AM to 3 PM ( Closed Sundays )

Maintain your Customer Satisfaction Scores at or above the district goalReceiving in customer’s and their automobiles in the most effective and timely mannerConstant communication with your service techniciansCalling customers with diagnostic results and recommendations from your techniciansSelling the recommendations from your techniciansCommunicate authorized recommendations to your technicians with a “promise time” for completion of workPrompt call to customers when vehicle is washed and readyNotify your customer of any delays to the “promise time” and why; before the “promised time” for pick upClose all repair orders and review with customers as they pick up their automobilesQualifications :
2 years of Service Writer experience preferredHigh school diploma / GED preferredCompetent level of computer literacySubstantial time management techniqueHave a general understanding of automotive maintenanceMaintain an energetic, positive, and respectful attitude with everyonePossess a driving record that allows you to operate customer and company vehiclesPerformance Honda Fairfield is a drug-free workplace
