Receptionist "Part-Time"

We're seeking a Part-Time Receptionist with a warm personality and prior customer relations experience. At Performance Honda Fairfield, teamwork and flexibility are key, so adaptability is important. Your main responsibilities will include providing excellent customer service and maintaining a positive attitude with customers and colleagues. We look forward to your application!

• This Position is Part-Time
• $15.00 Per Hour
• Availability: 4 Shifts per Work Week (Including two evening shifts until 8 PM, and two weekend shifts)
  
  

Part-time receptionist duties include answering and directing phone calls, filing and organizing administrative documents, and accurately entering data. Previous experience as a receptionist is a plus, but not mandatory, as training will be provided. We are seeking someone who communicates effectively and works well with others.

• Direct calls to the appropriate department or personnel
• Type and input data
• File paperwork
• Accuracy with attention to detail

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED required
• Bilingual Education is a plus but not required
• Have 2-years of experience in customer service
• Cashier experience is a plus but not required
• Possess basic computer literacy
• Be knowledgeable of scanner, fax, and photo copy machines
• Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
