Medical Appointment Scheduler

The Performance Medicine Institute is a cutting-edge sports medicine and wellness clinic specializing in orthopedics, physical therapy, hormone optimization, and performance enhancement. We’re looking for a dynamic, outgoing, and organized individual to join our team as an Appointment Scheduler & Marketing Coordinator.

What You’ll Do:

- Speak with potential patients (no cold calling) to explain our treatment programs and schedule their first appointment

- Manage patient engagement via phone calls and SMS messaging

- Build relationships by visiting healthcare and fitness centers to promote our services

- Assist with social media content and marketing campaigns (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

- Help with patient check-in and follow-ups to ensure satisfaction

Who You Are:

- You have experience in appointment scheduling, front desk coordination, fitness coaching, personal training, or sales

- You love talking to people and feel comfortable making calls, texting, and meeting new contacts

- You have a background or interest in fitness, sports medicine, or wellness

- You’re organized, team-oriented, and thrive in a fast-paced environment
