We are seeking an experienced and outgoing full-time Physical Therapy/Rehabilitation Technician for a position at the Performance Medicine Institute. The primary responsibilities are to work closely with our providers in performing rehabilitation and treatment of musculoskeletal and pelvic health conditions.
Job Duties
- Assist patients in performing therapeutic exercises
- Stretching patients
- Applying modalities to patients
- Coach patients on exercise instruction, fitness, diet, and nutrition
- Track patient progress through phone call and SMS text messaging
- Assist with patient check-in and contacting patients to follow-up on their satisfaction after treatment
- General clinic organization and upkeep
- Schedule is four 10 hour shifts, subject to change
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable on the phone and with in-person discussions
- Works well in a team setting
- Prior experience in a rehabilitation, physical therapy, or sports medicine setting
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
