Key Responsibilities:
- Greeting guests and managing phone and email communications
- Acting as an ambassador for Performance Optimal Health, knowledgeable in our services and offerings
- Executing administrative tasks such as data entry, appointment scheduling, and document management
- Ensuring compliance with HIPAA standards and managing client records within our EMR System
- Maintaining a clean and organized reception area to foster a welcoming environment
- Collaborating with team members to enhance the overall client experience and operational efficiency
- Addressing client inquiries and concerns promptly and effectively
- Supporting cross-department communication and teamwork
- Completing additional related tasks as necessary
