As the organization continues to scale, we are looking to bring aboard a Part-Time Junior Marketing Coordinator within our Marketing/Client Engagement Team. We are seeking a passionate, client service focused, positive, and hard-working individual with a love for wellness and an excitement for Performance Optimal Health. This position includes but is not limited to creating/designing client emails, creating and building client packages, and other administrative duties as assigned.

Key Areas of Ownership (But not limited to)
- Work alongside marketing lead to source new community events, networking opportunities and local businesses to partner with that will yield new clients to the performance business
- Coordinate and attend community events and networking opportunities in branded attire, collect contacts, speak to the brand and distribute materials
- Execute in person drop offs of marketing materials to local businesses including health / wellness establishments and physician practices
- Coordinate business meetings for our lead providers to attend with local businesses and physician practices - ability to attend those meetings and develop relationships with key staff members at these establishments.
- Obtain organic content to post on social media as needed.
- Complete competitive analyses of target markets and other research projects
- Approach potential clients and start conversations about the brand
- Other duties as assigned
- One - Two years' worth of experience
- Roll up your sleeves attitude, problem solver, attention to detail, team-oriented, outgoing personality
- Strong time-management, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects

- Passion for networking, relationship building and business development.
- Experience with Office 365 applications including Teams for project management
- Experience with basic excel management
