- Assisting and motivating patients during exercise programs
- Observing and reporting patient progress to the physical therapists
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of treatment rooms and equipment
- Performing administrative tasks such as scheduling appointments, answering phone calls, and completing documentation
- Adhering to all facility policies and procedures
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a healthcare or rehabilitation setting is preferred
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to lift and move heavy equipment and assist patients with mobility
- Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends, if required
