Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in overseeing the daily administrative operations of the practice, including management of patient records and appointment scheduling.
- Serve as a liaison between clients and healthcare staff, addressing inquiries and concerns in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintain compliance with all regulatory requirements, including HIPAA, while handling sensitive patient information.
- Coordinate with billing and insurance departments to ensure efficient processing of claims and payments.
- Support the implementation of practice policies, procedures, and improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Train and onboard new administrative staff as necessary to ensure continuity of operations.
- Contribute to a positive workplace culture that reflects our commitment to health and wellness.

Requirements
Qualifications:
- Experience in healthcare administration or a related field preferred.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, both written and verbal.
- Demonstrated understanding of HIPAA regulations and patient confidentiality.
- Proficient in using EMR systems and office software.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
