Compensation : $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year

Position Mission
Improve our patients’ quality of life through accurate, timely, and effective support in the diagnosis and treatment of musculoskeletal system disorders.
Position Objectives
Support the Physical Therapist and Rehab team in their assessment and treatment of new and returning patientsHelp reduce pain and restore healthy function within the scope of a Physical Therapy AssistantEngage patients in their recovery journey and motivate them to achieve their health goalsCollaborate seamlessly with the provider team to ensure excellent patient careMaintain up-to-date knowledge of PTA practices and innovationsReinforce organizational values in all patient interactionsKey Responsibilities
Engage patients in their treatment plans to support their return to musculoskeletal healthPerform assessments such as testing strength, motor skills, sensory perception, and other physical functions, recording the data accuratelyAssist in implementing tailored physical therapy programs to alleviate pain, improve function, and prevent dysfunctionAdjust treatment plans based on patient progress to maximize outcomesMaintain thorough and accurate patient records for each visitAdminister therapeutic exercises, massage, or traction to relieve pain and enhance physical capabilitiesCollaborate with the provider team to ensure a holistic approach to patient careParticipate in additional projects as directed by leadershipKey Competencies
