Job Summary:
Performance Pallet is looking for hardworking and dependable individuals to join our team as General Laborers. This role involves assisting with pallet production, repair, firewood packaging, and quality control. If you enjoy hands-on work in a fast-paced environment, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble, repair, and sort pallets according to company standards
- Perform pallet quality control to ensure durability and compliance
- Package, bundle, and prepare firewood for distribution
- Produce lumber cut stock for pallet assembly
- Operate hand tools and equipment as needed
- Load and unload materials from production lines or workstations
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
- Assist with general warehouse duties as assigned

Requirements:
