Job Overview

Duties

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including educators, therapists, and family members, to ensure cohesive support for clients.
- Provide training and support to staff and caregivers on behavior management strategies.
- Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Participate in research data collection to contribute to the advancement of behavioral analysis practices.
- Advocate for clients’ needs within various settings, including schools and community programs.
Skills
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities, particularly in behavioral health settings.
