Performance Personnel seeks Aerospace painters in Wichita KS.

Primary Job Duties :
Paint a variety of aerospace parts in a booth setting
Skills / Requirements :
The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of aircraft painting experience
Ability to work within deadlines, follow verbal instructions, and work both independently or with a team
Great attention to detail and thorough inspection of work
Individuals must be reliable and punctual with the ability to workday shift and OT, as needed
Must be able to work 3rd shift!
Reading is an essential function of this job.
