The Role

Were seeking a Part-Time Marketing Coordinator to lead and execute our marketing strategy. In this role, you will coordinate internal and external marketing efforts to grow our brand presence, foster community engagement, and drive patient referrals.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance our community presence and increase referrals to both clinics.
Build and maintain relationships with local healthcare providers, businesses, and community organizations to expand referral networks.
Collaborate with internal team members (e.g., clinic staff) and external partners (e.g., digital marketing agencies, designers) to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
Plan and manage events, sponsorships, and other community outreach efforts.
Track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing initiatives, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Serve as the face of our practice at community events, networking opportunities, and partnerships.

What Were Looking For :

Experience : Proven experience in marketing, preferably in healthcare or a related field.

Personality : Outgoing, personable, and comfortable being the face of the practice in the community.

Skills : Strong organizational, project management, and communication skills.

Leadership : Ability to take ownership of marketing strategies from planning to execution.

Flexibility : This role is ideal for someone partially retired or seeking flexible, part-time hours.

Details :

Hours : Part-time (1520 hours per week)

Location : In-person at our two outpatient clinics with occasional community travel.

Compensation : Competitive hourly rate based on experience.
