We are looking for a Senior Accounting Administrator who is ready to take ownership of key financial processes while maintaining a positive, can-do attitude.

What You’ll Do:

• Manage Accounts Receivable (A/R) – invoicing, collections, and customer account management.
• Handle Accounts Payable (A/P) – vendor payments, reconciliations, and relationship management.
• Oversee general accounting duties, including ledger entries and reporting, while working with our external Accounting team.
• Work closely with carriers and vendors to ensure smooth payment processes.
• Communicate with customers regarding outstanding balances in a professional and results-driven manner.
• Utilize technology to streamline accounting processes and enhance efficiency.
• Adapt quickly to changes in systems, policies, or procedures.
• Maintain excellent attendance and dependability – we rely on you!
• Collaborate with team members to drive continuous improvement.

What We’re Looking For:

·       Experience in accounting (freight or logistics industry a plus!)

·       Strong A/R and A/P knowledge with collections experience

·       Tech-savvy – comfortable Microsoft Office, Excel, accounting and TMS software

·       Excellent time management – ability to prioritize and meet deadlines

·       Receptive to change and eager to learn new systems and processes

·       Dependable and team-oriented – we succeed together!

·       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
