Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee all aspects of the store operations, including inventory management and retail sales.
- Supervise and lead a team of employees, providing guidance and support in daily tasks and customer service.
- Ensure efficient cash register operations and accurate inventory control to optimize store performance.
- Conduct employee orientations, interviews, and recruiting activities to build a strong and capable team.
- Maintain shop cleanliness & organization.
- Administer payroll & scheduling reports.
