What You’ll Do
Troubleshoot and Repair: Diagnose, adjust, and repair marine diesel engines and related systems on various vessels.
Field Service Work: Repair and perform preventive maintenance on the field's main engines, generators, and electrical systems.
Customer Service Excellence: Provide outstanding service while interacting with customers and their representatives, ensuring their marine engines operate at peak performance.
Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with supervisors and other technicians to ensure clear and timely communication of job progress.
What You’ll Bring
Experience: At least 3-5 years of experience in marine diesel engine repair (familiarity with brands like CAT, MAN, John Deere, and Volvo is a plus).
Skills: Ability to troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues efficiently.
Physical Stamina: This position requires physical strength to lift heavy equipment, bend, and maneuver in tight spaces.
Travel Flexibility: Some travel is required, including occasional out-of-town or international trips – a valid passport is necessary.
