Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities

- Learn/possess a solid understanding of state-based school finance rules as it pertains to referenda
- Attend Board Meetings
- Frequent Statewide travel to in person meetings
- Meet with school districts
- Attend survey meetings
- Plan materials for community conversations
- Prepare for community engagement workshops and presentations
- Write and review communication plan
- Review postcard edits
- Meet with Performance Services Business Development Managers, architects, and marketing team
- Cultivate and sustain positive relationships with clients and the internal team is an essential part of the
- Review deliverables with the team
- Draft key messaging for FAQs and parent flyers
- Finalize materials for publish
- Assist with press releases
- Attend video production meetings
- Prepare timeline for campaign in format presentable to board
- Prepare slides for April public information session
- Analyze voters by age demographic, adding information about target audiences

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree is preferred
- Background in public relations and communications
- Have experience with Wisconsin’s referendum law
- Have an understanding of campaign timelines as they relate to referendums
