Position Purpose
The MEP BIM Manager leads and manages the development of the strategy and implementation of procedures in BIM and digital integration associated within the MEP department.

The MEP BIM Manager leads and manages the development of the strategy and implementation of procedures in BIM and digital integration associated within the MEP department.
Duties, Tasks and Responsibilities
- Manage Revit/BIM Software including upgrades, installation, and customization.
- Implement and maintain BIM standards, processes, and workflows.
- Research, evaluate and implement Revit/BIM software and technologies as well as stay informed of new technologies.
- Provide vision for office use and application of graphic software.
- Develop, implement, and maintain compliance with Revit Standards while ensuring they are designed in line with industry standards followed consistently.
- Self-starter with a drive to pursue continued education in Revit/BIM.
- Oversee the development and management of 3D models and BIM data.
- Coordinating and collaborating with architects, engineers, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of BIM data.
- Training and educating project team members on BIM technology and workflows.
- Troubleshooting and resolving BIM-related issues and conflicts.
- Developing and maintaining BIM documentation and reports.
- Ensuring compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.

Minimum Qualifications
- Higher Education in Design or Construction related fields preferred.
- Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in BIM leadership role within the AEC industry.
- Expert knowledge of BIM 360/ Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), management and use.
- Proficiency in BIM software programs, such as Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks, BIM360/ACC tools and workflows and Digital Twin.
- Working knowledge of Forma, Dynamo, Revit API and Enscape.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Teams preferred.
- Problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- Thorough understanding of construction process and project workflows.
- Strong project management and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
