We’re looking for a Fire Alarm & Fire Sprinkler Deficiency Estimator to join our team!
You’ll be responsible for identifying deficiencies in fire alarm and fire sprinkler systems within existing customer accounts that have been identified by field inspectors or other documentation. Responsible for promoting and selling products / services to correct these deficiencies while providing excellent customer service and completing turnovers in a timely manner. Accountable for achieving sales goals and desired revenues.
In this role you will :
- Propose services for the customers, working with the customer, and completing the turnover in a timely manner. All inspections in Building Reports to be reviewed and proposal generated within 14 days of the inspection upload date
- Triage customer priorities to determine what orders need to take priority and need to be completed first
- Provide High Quality Service Hand Offs (turnover forms, clear scopes, team-oriented)
- Review 100% of red tags in Building Reports daily
- Keep status tags updated in Building Report, Service Trade on All Red Tags : “Reviewed”, “Proposed”, “Accepted” & “Completed” (“Completed” should be by billing coordinators)
- Develop product knowledge concerning all of Performance Systems products and services
- Explain to customers the difference in products and services regarding fire suppression and monitoring
- Multitask and prioritize incoming deficiency requests
- Perform Site walks as necessary for accurate quoting
