Shift Details:
Wednesday-Saturday 5:00am-3:30pm
Summary:
Coordinates activities of workers engaged in recording hours of work, processing time records, compiling payroll statistics, maintaining payroll control records, and calculating payrolls by performing the following duties.
Responsibilities:
- Reviews personnel records to determine names, rates of pay, and occupations of newly hired workers, and changes in wage rates and occupations of employees on payroll.
- Processes new or changed pay rates with payroll and/or computer files.
- Computation of pay according to company policy.
- Interprets company policies and government regulations affecting payroll procedures.
- Reviews payroll information to ensure accuracy.
- Determines work procedures, prepares work schedules.
- Studies and standardizes procedures to improve efficiency of procedures.
- Adjusts errors and complaints.
- Submitting orders in our invoicing system (Croozi)
- Creating purchase orders
- Organizing delivery schedules for office site or requesting items that require replenishment.
- Log supplies on a monthly basis to support financials.
Education and/or Experience:
- Minimum one year of experience in a related position working with numbers.
- Payroll or processing time background preferred.
- Must be proficient in MS Excel and comfortable with all other MS Office products.
- Related industry background is a plus.

Pay Range:
$19.50 to $21.63 an hour
*The above stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary range for the position. The Company may adjust this range in light of prevailing market conditions and other factors such as location. The Company will work directly with the selected candidate(s) on the final starting salary in accordance with all applicable laws.
