Responsibilities:
- Maintain an organized, neat, and safe bay
- Keep constant communication with your Service Advisor
- Immediately report any setbacks to vehicle promise time
- Be a productive member of your team in the service shop
- Must be coachable. (Mentor will be a Master Technician)
- Complete all repairs under the guidance of your mentor
- Enroll in an accelerated training program through Toyota Motor Corp. (At no cost to you)
- 3-4 ASE certifications are preferred but not required
- 3-4 years of automotive mechanical diagnosis, problem-solving and repair experience to succeed in this position
- A high level of motivation and energy
- Able to work well with others
- Valid driver's license with a good driving record
