Performance Toyota , conveniently located near Cincinnati on Route 4 in Fairfield, is seeking a Full-Time Receptionist for Immediate Hire. Are you friendly and enthusiastic, with a communicative personality? Do you like working with the public and meeting new people every day? Receptionists often are the first or last impression our guests have of our company. Therefore, we seek individuals who can be flexible with work hours; and multi-task. Providing exceptional customer service and displaying a positive attitude when interacting with customers and employees will be essential in this assignment.

  • 15.00 Per Hour
  • This Position is Full-Time
  • Monday - Friday From 8 AM to 4 PM
  • Bilingualism is a PLUS But not Required

    • Receptionist :

  • Making Customer satisfaction your number one priority
  • Answering incoming calls and setting appointments
  • Directing calls to the appropriate department or personnel
  • Handling money and processing credit card transactions on occasion
  • Answering customer questions
  • Filing paperwork
  • Responsible for minor typing and input of data
  • Assisting with rental cars on occasion

    • Requirements

  • High school diploma / GED required
  • Possess basic computer literacy
  • Be knowledgeable of a scanner, fax, and photocopy machines
  • Valid Driver's license with a good driving record
  • Substance screening is required of all Performance Toyota employees
