Our Used Car Department continues to grow, and we need a Volume-Minded individual to perform maintenance and repairs on our used car inventory. Based on your experience, we can offer you $22.00 to $35.00 per flat-rate hour. Performance Toyota Fairfield is one of Cincinnati's highest-volume used car departments, giving you an unlimited income opportunity. Flexible Schedules that fit your needs. Choose a traditional 40-hour week or a 4 / 10 schedule , with premium pay on Saturdays. You pick the 3 or 4 days that work best for you. Enjoy complete control over your work hours.

    • Requirements

    Use Car Technician :

  • Less than two years of experience ? Not a problem, we'll train you at our " Performance Tech Academy "
  • Three to Four years of experience ? We'll get you to the next level, and beyond!!
  • 5 years of experience ? You already know what to do. We'll make sure you stay up-to-date.
  • Complete used car inspections for a dedicated used car department with over 200 units in inventory.
  • Diagnose and repair both foreign and domestic vehicles with basic to advanced skills based on your level of experience

    • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • ASE certifications preferred but not required
  • Two to Ten years of automotive repair experience preferred
  • Diploma from an accredited automotive technology school is a plus
  • Driving record allowing you to be insured to drive customer and company vehicles
  • Performance Toyota Fairfield is a drug-free workplace
