Inside Admissions Representative

Performance Training Solutions (PTS) is a nationally recognized Heavy Equipment and Crane Operator Training School located in Thornville, Ohio. We help individuals launch hands-on careers in construction by offering accelerated, high-quality training programs that lead to industry-recognized certifications.

We’re looking for a high-energy service driven Inside Admissions Representative who’s passionate about making a difference. You’ll guide prospective students through the admissions process and help them take the first step toward a stable, well-paying career in the skilled trades.

What You’ll Be Promoting:

• Heavy Equipment Operator Training: Bulldozers, excavators, skid steers, backhoes, and more
• Mobile Crane Operator Certification: NCCCO-certified crane training for boom trucks, swing cab, and fixed cab cranes
• Rigger & Signalperson Training: NCCCO-compliant safety training
• Programs are short-term (3–9 weeks) and focus on real-world, hands-on learning that leads to high-demand jobs nationwide

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Respond to inquiries from prospective students and families
• Build rapport and ask consultative questions to uncover goals and challenges
• Educate students about PTS programs, certifications, financial options, and job placement assistance
• Follow up regularly and guide prospects from first call to enrollment
• Maintain accurate CRM records and work closely with operations to ensure a smooth handoff

· Promote the PTS mission and ask for referrals to help even more students succeed

• Excellent communication and listening skills
• A natural relationship-builder with a passion for helping others
• Comfortable on the phone and confident using email and basic software tools
• Organized, detail-oriented, and process-driven
• Coachable with a desire to grow and succeed

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of customer service or sales experience preferred (construction/trades background a plus but not required)
• Reliable transportation to our Thornville, OH campus
