Responsibilities:
- Repair and replace damaged body parts
- Perform frame straightening
- Ensure all repairs meet industry standards
- Use hand and power tools to complete repairs
- Communicate with customers regarding repair status and estimated completion time
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an Automotive Body Technician program or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive body repair
- Knowledge of automotive repair techniques and tools
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
- Strong attention to detail and quality workmanship
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver's license with a driving record allowing you to operate customer and company vehicles
