What We Expect from You

As a Shop Operations Assistant, your mission is to support the team by creating an efficient, organized, and productive work environment. Your responsibilities will include:

• Cleaning and prepping vehicles for wraps.
• Removing old vinyl from vehicles.
• Keeping the shop clean and organized through sweeping, mopping, and trash removal.
• Managing tools and materials to ensure they are stocked and readily available.
• Assisting installers by anticipating their needs and providing hands-on support.
• Applying decals and performing smaller installation tasks.
• Identifying and addressing tasks proactively to keep the shop running smoothly.
• Running shop errands
• Picking up and delivering customer vehicles as needed

Onboarding

We’ll set you up for success with hands-on training:

• Weeks 1–4: You’ll focus on foundational tasks like vehicle prep, shop cleanliness, and tool organization while observing and learning from our skilled team where and what you can do additionally to improve your impact on the team.
• First 90 Days: Gain practical experience and confidence in shop operations, preparing you for continued growth and greater responsibilities.
