About the Role:
Performant Capital is seeking a highly strategic and innovative Strategic Marketing Leader to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working across our portfolio of companies developing and assisting with implementing marketing strategies to drive business growth and enhance brand visibility.
Responsibilities:
● Lead the development and execution of comprehensive marketing plans and campaigns
across our growing portfolio of companies
● Work alongside portfolio company executives to articulate value proposition, ideal customer
profile, addressable market, and competitive differentiation and developing marketing
strategies that align with overall business strategy
● Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive integrated marketing initiatives
● Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
● Manage the marketing budget and track ROI of marketing efforts
● Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and
partners
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA preferred
● Boutique agency experience driving marketing strategy for clients is strongly preferred. Otherwise, a minimum of 7 years of experience in strategic marketing roles (ideally within B2B
SaaS companies) is ideal.
● Demonstrated success in developing and implementing marketing strategies that drive
business results
● Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data to make informed decisions
● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
● Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
