TL;DR
You'll serve as a trusted people leader on the Technology Team (the Tech / Product Org is ~20) and report directly to the CTO. You'll build impactful tech used by top-tier Fortune 50 financial services institutions. You're not programmer #300 working on a small part of a meaningless project - we act like owners to make a real impact at a scale-up company. If you're a boots on the ground type of manager, this will be your ideal environment.
