Product Vision
- Create mid and long term strategic product visions that drive alignment cross-departmentally
Develop a long term roadmap with key milestones, resource plans, and OKRs that map to this vision
Champion the Product Vision repeatedly to gain executive buy in, drive employee awareness, and ensure business clarity around prioritization and tradeoffsBalance quick wins and long-term investments in the productsThink Big
Find game changing, disruptive opportunities and develop concrete plans for how to take advantage of themBe an expert on up-and-coming technologies that create new opportunitiesValidate assumptions through hands on client feedback, research, and analysis to verify addressable marketsLead

Heavy experience in growing SaaS scaleups, breaking into new markets with product solutionsProven success in GTM, client development, product definition, feature scoping, and balancing tradeoffs for industry-leading business software productsUnconstrained by the resources availableWHAT YOU BRING
Extensive, hands-on experience defining user experience, creating user stories, and managing requirements for user-facing web productsExcellent track record of successful internet services launchesStrong customer orientation and the ability to think through product scenarios and prioritize objectives from all perspectivesManaged product teams in an Agile / SCRUM environmentExperience in SQL and knowledge of relational database structureKnowledge of the language modeling and speech analytics is a bonusSolid grounding in UI / UX fundamentalsWillingness & ability to work as a generalistThis is only intended to be advertised in areas where it complies to state and local law
