Responsibilities
- Provide outstanding customer service by engaging with customers and understanding their fragrance preferences.
- Conduct product demonstrations to highlight the features and benefits of various fragrances.
- Utilize upselling techniques to encourage customers to explore complementary products.
- Operate the cash register and handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a cohesive work environment.
- Ensure that all fragrance displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Manage inventory levels by assisting with stock replenishment and conducting regular inventory checks.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the sales area to enhance the shopping experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred.
- Strong cash handling skills and familiarity with POS systems.
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
