Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Manager to join our team. In this role, you will support the Store Manager in overseeing daily operations, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining inventory control. You will play a key role in leading the team, driving sales, and enhancing the overall shopping experience for our customers in fragrance retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing store operations to ensure efficiency and profitability.
- Supervise and train staff, fostering a positive work environment and promoting teamwork.
- Oversee inventory control processes, including stock management and strategic inventory placement.
- Provide outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve store goals.
- Maintains a clean and organized work environment, merchandise displays, and overall store presentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures as well as health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the Store Manager on training development programs for staff.
Requirements
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar role within a retail setting.
- Must have open availability, including the ability to work opening and closing shifts as needed.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a diverse team.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating a positive shopping experience.
- Proficient in inventory control practices and retail operations.
- Effective time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
