Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting shoppers in selecting fragrances based on their preferences.
- Build strong product knowledge to effectively communicate scent notes, brand stories, and promotions.
- Meet and exceed sales targets, including KPIs such as ADT (Average Dollar Transaction) and UPT (Units Per Transaction).
- Execute suggestive selling techniques, including add-ons and upselling.
- Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and restocking duties.
- Process transactions accurately using the POS system.
- Work collaboratively with team members to drive a high-energy sales floor.
Qualifications:
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred (fragrance or beauty industry a plus).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to engage customers and create a personalized shopping experience.
- Comfortable with sales techniques, including suggestive selling and closing.
- Goal-driven and motivated to achieve performance targets.
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays.
