Job Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our team. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise a team of employees, providing guidance and support
- Train new team members on company policies, procedures, and customer service standards
- Monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and address any performance issues
- Ensure the store is properly stocked and organized
- Handle cash register operations, including opening and closing procedures
- Conduct interviews and assist with the hiring process
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills
- Monitor sales trends and implement strategies to increase sales
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment
- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints or issues Skills
