Position: Hourly Retail Full Time Key Holder Pay Commission

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• The Key Holder position is full time with base hourly pay opportunity to earn commission, spiffs and win contests.
• Oversee daily operations and staff management.
• Lead by example in professionalism and sales technique
• Maintain inventory control by monitoring stock levels, checking in orders, and involved in Inventory processes
• Support product availability and sales performance.
• Participate in employee orientation to onboard new team members.
• Implement effective sales management strategies to achieve store targets.
• Handle cash transactions accurately and ensure compliance with cash handling procedures..
• Foster team by motivating staff, providing training, and encouraging collaboration

Skills

• Previous experience in retail management or a similar role is preferred.
• Proven skills in inventory control, sales management, and cash handling are essential.
• Strong positive interpersonal skills with the ability to train employees effectively.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Candidates should be enthusiastic about retail operations and committed to delivering outstanding customer service.

Physical Requirements

· Ability to stand and walk for long periods of time, up to 6 hours a day

· Bending, rotating, and reaching conducive to a retail environment and to receiving, pricing, and stocking merchandise
