Job Overview
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Warehouse Manager to oversee operations across our two warehouse fulfillment centers. This role is critical in optimizing inventory management, improving space utilization, and enhancing operational efficiency for both B2B and B2C processes. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, experience in process improvement, and a proactive approach to minimizing errors and maximizing turnaround time. Proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred to facilitate communication with diverse team members and partners.
Key Responsibilities
Warehouse Strategy & Operations Management
- Review and implement strategies to optimize inventory management across two warehouse locations, ensuring efficient space utilization and accurate stock levels.
- Analyze warehouse layouts and propose redesigns to maximize storage capacity and streamline operations.
- Create and execute plans to minimize order errors, improve order accuracy, and enhance order turnaround time for both B2B and B2C orders.
- Monitor and report key metrics, such as fulfillment speed, error rates, and inventory accuracy, to continuously improve processes.
Inventory Management & Coordination
- Oversee and improve current inventory systems to ensure accurate management of pallets and boxes, eliminating misplaced or lost items, and maintaining accurate inventory levels.
- Work closely with the sales team to address pending orders, provide updates, and ensure alignment on inventory levels.
- Develop and maintain systems to track and manage pending orders, ensuring proper documentation and efficient workflows.
Leadership & Team Management
- Conduct weekly meetings with the warehouse team and warehouse supervisors to address challenges, review performance, and align priorities.
- Supervise, train, and mentor warehouse staff, ensuring adherence to optimized processes and achievement of key performance goals.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the warehouse team.
Reporting & Communication
- Prepare detailed reports for weekly meetings with the CEO, identifying bottlenecks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement in warehouse operations.
- Present actionable solutions and strategies during these meetings to address internal challenges and improve efficiency.
Process Improvement & Technology Integration
- Lead initiatives to improve turnaround times by addressing bottlenecks and streamlining workflows.
- Collaborate with internal teams and third-party developers to implement and integrate new technologies, including NetSuiteERP, WMS, and inventory tracking systems.
- Troubleshoot issues in fulfillment and technology, delivering actionable solutions to minimize disruptions.
E-Commerce & Fulfillment Optimization
- Enhance the efficiency of the e-commerce fulfillment process, ensuring fast and accurate order processing.
- Adapt workflows to meet the demands of both e-commerce and wholesale operations.
QualificationsExperience & Knowledge
- Proven experience in warehouse operations management, with expertise in inventory control, workflow enhancement, and space optimization across multiple locations.
- Strong understanding of B2B and B2C fulfillment processes, including their unique challenges and requirements.
- Experience in conducting strategic planning and performance reviews to optimize warehouse operations.
- Proficiency in NetSuite ERP or similar systems, with experience integrating technology for operational improvement.
Skills
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Spanish is strongly preferred to support team communication and coordination.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills, with a focus on identifying and addressing operational inefficiencies.
- Strong organizational skills, capable of managing multiple priorities and projects simultaneously.
- Demonstrated ability to redesign warehouse layouts for improved space utilization and operational flow.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
Schedule:
