We are seeking ambitious and customer-focused Fragrance Associates to join our team at the Christiana mall .
As a Fragrance Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our range of luxury fragrances, and achieving sales targets in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and provide them with an exceptional shopping experience.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of our fragrance products and assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the fragrance counter.
- Meet and exceed sales goals through product recommendations and upselling techniques.
- Process transactions accurately using the point of sale (POS) system.
- Stay informed about new fragrance launches and promotions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
Requirements:
- Previous retail sales experience, preferably in a fragrance or beauty environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for luxury fragrances and enthusiasm for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
