Bilingual English/Spanish
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the retail store, including overseeing inventory control and ensuring accurate stock levels.
- Utilize bilingual skills to assist Spanish-speaking customers and provide exceptional customer service.
- Execute marketing strategies to promote products and drive sales, focusing on wireless sales and POS transactions.
- Supervise and train staff members, utilizing previous supervising experience to ensure efficient team management.
- Operate cash register, handling transactions accurately and providing a positive checkout experience for customers.
Requires standing and walking during shifts. Must be able to lift 25 lbs
Qualifications
- Must have strong inventory management skills
- Previous experience in supervising and managing a retail team
- Proficiency in POS systems and cash register operations
- Excellent customer service skills in both English and Spanish
- Ability to effectively communicate with bilingual customers
- Knowledge of purchasing, inventory control, and retail sales processes
- Familiarity with stocking, marketing, and wireless sales is a plus
