Job Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented student to join our Quality Control lab on a part-time basis. This is a great opportunity for those still in school who want to gain hands-on experience in a laboratory setting while continuing their studies.
Duties
- Assist with calibrating and troubleshooting laboratory instruments, including GCs, LCs, and titrators.
- Prepare, validate, and maintain standards and stock solutions.
- Record and report test results accurately.
- Help analyze expired products to maintain quality control standards.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Assist in maintaining inventory of lab supplies.
Requirements
- Currently enrolled in a Chemistry or related program.
- Familiarity with chromatography and titrators is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
- Basic understanding of analytical chemistry techniques and laboratory safety.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
