At our 2nd location in Perham we strive for a high level of customer satisfaction and performing maintenance whether its small or large on most makes most models. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing a variety of vehicles, including GM, Ford, Chrysler, and import vehicles. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to work with a reputable organization and contribute to the maintenance and upkeep of our fleet of existing customers.

Duties:
- Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to identify potential issues
- Diagnose and repair problems with the powertrain, including engines, transmissions, and drivetrains
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake pad replacements
- Utilize hand tools and advanced diagnostic equipment to identify and fix issues
- Collaborate with other technicians and shop staff to ensure efficient and effective service
- Provide excellent communication effectively with staff members
- Keep the service area clean and organized, and maintain a safe and secure work environment
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Automotive Technician in a dealership or similar setting
- Knowledge of most vehicles and their powertrains
- Strong understanding of automotive service and repair principles
- Familiarity with welding and the use of hand tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
- Certification is not required but will be willing to work towards.
