Through your work, you'll also build lasting relationships with your team and our residents.The OnTrack CNA program is an online, on-demand Nursing Assistant training program. OnTrack is different than other nursing assistant training programs in that students access the curriculum through online, interactive training modules rather than in a traditional classroom setting. Students complete 35 hours of education via online training, and then complete 24 hours of hands-on training in a skills lab, and 16 hours of a clinical experience. The skills and clinical labs are located at Perham Living.The curriculum is fun, engaging, interactive, and developed with adult-learner best practices in mind. The mobile-friendly content is accessible anywhere.Perham Health offers to loan the cost of the class and test for the Certified Nursing Assistant certification.
