In 2012, Perham Health opened a state-of-the-art, 25-bed critical access hospital equipped with two operating suites, an endoscopy suite, and advanced medical equipment. Facility features include a family birth center, general imaging, 3D mammography, ultrasound, a 64-slice CT, MRI, Echo, DEXA scan, nuclear radiology, laboratory, therapy center, pharmacy, and infusion center. Perham Health operates clinics in New York Mills, Ottertail, and Perham. The Perham Health system also includes a 96-bed skilled nursing facility, memory care assisted living, home care service, adult day services, acute-care rehabilitation, and senior housing
