Unarmed Security Guard (Night Shift)

Job Summary:

This position is responsible for the protection, safeguarding and security of asset, personnel, customers, and all visitors. Some of the job functions include:

Ensure the safety and security of the agricultural operation premises.

• Uphold & Enforce H2A labor housing rules and regulations.
• Monitor and control access points, preventing unauthorized entry.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify and address potential security risks.
• Respond promptly to emergency situations, such as alarms or disturbances.
• Complete detailed incident reports for all security-related incidents.
• Communicate effectively with other security personnel and management.
• Other duties as assigned.

Desired Qualifications:

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in security or related field preferred.
• At least 25 years of age with a clean driving record.
• Knowledge of H2A labor housing rules and regulations preferred.
• Strong observational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Basic computer skills for report writing.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee needs to engage in regular communication through talking and listening. The role is dynamic, involving extensive walking, standing, bending, kneeling, stooping, crouching, crawling, and continuous driving. Lifting and moving objects weighing up to 50 pounds is a frequent requirement. The job demands specific visual abilities such as close vision and the ability to adjust focus. There is a potential exposure to agricultural machinery and equipment, along with interaction with diverse groups, including workers and visitors.

Compensation:
