Role: Line Cook (Peridot)
Casual fine dining kitchen in need of determined, coachable and skilled individuals
Responsibilities:
● Prioritizes food quality ; attention to detail is paramount to success in this role

Need to know:
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for long periods of time in a hot, physically challenging environment
Must be available for ALL University of Michigan football home games
Ability to stand for long periods of time in a hot kitchen
Must have exceptional hygiene and grooming habits
Requirements:
● Familiarity with kitchen roles, such as hot line or guardmanger.
● Good attitude, and high aptitude
