Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for an Account Manager, based in New Orleans, LA, with some work from home acceptable. The Account Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, overseeing contract implementation, and coordinating with various departments to maintain seamless service delivery. Day-to-day tasks include responding to client inquiries, preparing reports, conducting client meetings, and identifying opportunities for account growth.
Qualifications
- Client Relationship Management and Customer Service skills
- Contract Implementation and Project Coordination experience
- Communication and Interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
- Ability to work independently in a hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in healthcare or behavioral health industry is a plus
