Role Overview

This is the first point of contact for all who enter the facility. Ensuring staff, residents, visitors, vendors and community members are greeted in a caring and helpful manner is a key function of this role. As well as a team player that is able to multitask and detail orientated, ensuring administrative duties are completed in a timely manner to best support the mission of Perimeter behavioral Health of the Ozarks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinates inventory, ordering, and stocking of clinical and office supplies
  • Responsible for answering telephones, taking inquiry calls, and directing calls to appropriate staff or taking messages when staff is unavailable
  • Reconcile and balance monthly statements from vendors with outgoing payments
  • Daily, Weekly, and Monthly tracking of invoices and payments
  • Daily tracking of credit card usage and monthly reconciliation
  • File documents - ensuring compliance
  • Maintain vehicle logs
  • Assist with day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties
  • Provide clerical and administrative support to the Human Resource Manager and CEO as needed
  • Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies)
  • Assist with HR projects
  • Coordinate communication with candidates and schedule interviews
  • Conduct initial orientation to newly hired employees
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail

Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent required
  • 1 year of experience in an office setting, preferably in healthcare
  • At least 2 years of prior Human Resource experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits

  • Competitive hourly rate: $15.00-$17.00
